Hi. I got a new xt for Christmas. The radio has three small dials. I know one is to fine tune throttle and one to fine tune zteering. What is the other one for. I want to use the third channel to run some leds. Is this possible.

3rd is dual rate steering. You can't turn LEDs on and off with the redcat radio.

Edited. No way to use the 3rd channel on Redcat radios.
 
The first two you mentioned are for setting the center for throttle and steering and the 3rd one sets how far the steering should turn when rotating the transmitter wheel to the maximum. It is _not_ a "third channel", the stock radio only has 2 channels.
