To change the clutch and the clutch housing, do I need to take out the engine or the gearbox?

Thanks. Just realised smth... can I remove the clutch housing without a flywheel puller? ...

I think you mean the clutch plate puller unless it's the same puller as the flywheel one.

Yes you can but it's not recommended. I remove the clutch plate by hitting it side to side lighty with a ball point hammer after taking out the holding screw of course. Always worked that way but again not recommended.

You can also take 2 of the bolts that bolts the engine on the gear plate they will fit into the clutch holder and screw a lil bit down on each side until the housing pops off with no problems at all.

Work in progress:

Now I gotta figure out how to raise the rear wing, it doesn't fit anymore...

It stilll fits on mine OK without any mods

I also fitted it without taking the rear end off

@Phil Probably the exhausts are not 100% identical all the time. In my case there's about half an inch needed, it's not just that the wing is touching the exhaust, I actually can't fit the wing.

I took the rear end off because the gasket of the stock exhaust was destroyed and everything was covered in oil and I wanted to clean it up.

Can you upload a pic?

I'm interested to see it

Very strange

I've never heard of anyone else having that problem

Here's mine

I used longer bolts and a small piece of fuel line on the mount just to get a bit more height but it was never touching the pipe

Yeah, I'll try spacers there, probably smth like a full inch. I think I'll have to use metal/plastic for that height, I don't think fuel tubing will do.

Another thing is that it's dangerously close to some plastic parts (the wing support and the rear diff housing), something like 2-3mm. Could that be a problem when the pipe gets hot?
