I have to keep saying, I love the beetle shell. You wait, that think will come alive even more then that! I have seen once tuned and broke in then darn near impossible to keep on the ground.:eek:

what??????? BTW guys, this is nightsmare fg, i just recently bought it from him, he is the one who painted the body.:2guns:
 
To quote Voo (I think!!), if you've a G260RC not able to do that, just check the piston ring, and replace if necessary.
Mine wheelies quite well - not great at the moment as the clutch is biting early before the power band, but that's another story!!

LOL Glock9 I still gotta get me another one or something similar :ninja: hmmm I wonder what that might be :devil: I have something in mind but im open to suggestions fellas, I already have a 5B a 5T, FG Sportsline Porsche and my latest addition Baja 1000 EVO 3 but 5th scales are like drugs and I need a fix :w00t:

Mine used to do it quite easily when it was within its first 5 litres but now ive done about 11-12 litres and I think it loosing a little comp.

Under full acceleration though its still trying to lift and you can see the front getting very floaty but not not clearly on its back wheels only.
 
I hear you on the wheelying!
Possibly safer - on the wallet! - for it.
The standard (black) spring is quoted as 6k revs, red 8k, then there are the option clutches.
Mine has started binding a little, which won't help, and probably means a couple of 2 pence spacer washers to sort it out ... being me, I've stumped for the Oddified clutch. That's 8.5k according to Ian Oddie.
Whatever people say about Oddified, it's x5 - service is 100% and always replies to genuine queries.
 
mine was like that when new but has camled down a little since going over 8 litres of usage. As Rossco and his son saw on the weekend it will still wheelie but rarley on flat ground, usually take a slight bump in the ground or slightly uphill.

I should mention also that its running a stock tune, needles haven't changed ever and ive had it since new so I know its stock.

Ive just dropped it in to my hobby shop, ive gone to get it race ported so it should wheelie now at the drop of a hat.

Saying that the main reason I went for the porting option wasnt to do wheelies, ive been curious about the difference porting can make and have been wanting to try it for a while.

I should know by the weekend what it will be like. I will let you all know and possibly get a vid of it as well.

No mate ,not me.I have a 25.4cc Zen head on a CY bottom end and if I throttled it off the mark it would flip on its lid!:):)

In fact I have the same set-up on my Marder and it wheelies like a good-'un.:clown::clown:
 
i have a marder with 29cc gp290 ddm head kit zen bottom end stuffed crank zero drag seals wt771 chokeless carb victory rc pipe its only done 3/4 tanks since rebuild marder is all alloy runnig 2 steering servos front brakes standard gear ratios but it will not wheelie at all is this because of the weight its mega heavy my mates standard marder with stock 23cc zenoah is mental its only got a jetpro and that wheelies on demand pure savage
 
My buggy will not wheelie either but then again all it does is make two small trenches in the ground at take off. If I swap out the tires I bet it would.:)
