zenoha 26cc locked? please help

ive spoke to mmr today and he has a 26cc bare cy engine for £75 or can sort a 29cc big bore kit and crank seals and bearings for around the same, question is that im new to these cars and not 100% sure how to rebuild bottom of engine, ive changed a ring and head gasket before so top half is ok,is it worth the bother of rebuilding my engine to go to 29cc or should i just by the bare 26cc and chuck it in? is it really worth the effort to go 29cc? IS THERE A MUCH DIFFRENCE IN POWER? THANKS CHAPS:D
 
i get my engine kit from rc modelz in blackburn, cy,26 can have issues with cheapo bearings, have you looked on abbots rc website he,s got some good deals.
