DGI Extenders hex too long cannot tighten down tires

I have a Losi DBXL-E 2.0

Just wanted to ask if anyone experienced using DGI entenders the DGI lug cannot reach the tire to fully tighten down?

I am not using stock tires. I am using Outcast 8S DBoots. There seems to be an issue with the newer version of these tires vs the older ones. If anyone did, how did you resolve it? Many ways to do it just like to know what you all did.

I assume it's an enclosed nut your using? If that's the case you need wheel nuts that are not enclosed because the enclosed ones are bottoming out before reaching the face of the rim.

haha I had the same problem on my rovan f5. Wheel nuts get confusing af too when everyone using different pitch and no one actually states what pitch they use =(
