Is there a way to test the motor before installing it in the car . I built a stand that holds the motor already. Thanks in advance .

Just hook it up to a gas tank and run it.

Yeah just make sure your mount is stable and you're good to go.
Also would be careful about revving it with the clutch shoes installed when the clutch bell and clutch housing are missing.
