Mike, general rule of thumb, outside corners (a-arms and all of that stuff) should be plastic, as plastic bends and breaks before causing the parts its mounted to damage, metal parts on the other hand bend and transfer the energy that would normally snap the plastic pieces onto other weaker parts
Mike,as the other member said,plastic bends alloy doesn't but I have had no issues with mine so far.Just get rid of the electrics,they are unreliable.Plus the bottom front arms on the KM wear at the ball joints and cannotvoo2doo,
I like the all metal KM you got. How is the durabilty of this buggy.. I have the KM 30.5 buggy coming my way. I was looking at all the plastic and I was thinking i'll slowly go to all metal as the pieces brake...
