voo2doo,
I like the all metal KM you got. How is the durabilty of this buggy.. I have the KM 30.5 buggy coming my way. I was looking at all the plastic and I was thinking i'll slowly go to all metal as the pieces brake...

Thanks
Mike

Mike, general rule of thumb, outside corners (a-arms and all of that stuff) should be plastic, as plastic bends and breaks before causing the parts its mounted to damage, metal parts on the other hand bend and transfer the energy that would normally snap the plastic pieces onto other weaker parts

Mike,as the other member said, plastic bends alloy doesn't but I have had no issues with mine so far.Just get rid of the electrics, they are unreliable.Plus the bottom front arms on the KM wear at the ball joints and cannot;) be replaced so you have to but new arms.

It doesn't matter weather you have a clone or not,you WILL beak parts and have to replace.

Here is mine in action.

that looks great voo', is that where you all used to meet at deeside? we have the prospect of some land available down here in pembrokeshire for another track, hopefully there's no asbestos on there like the last place...oops! :(

so, what's the spec on ya car? or is it too much to list?
certainly pops off the mark quickly :)

Yeah, thats Deeside,we still go there.I've very slight mods on it.It's virtually bog standard.
Rear Hostiles.
Outwears.
All radio gear and electrics changed.
8000 WT FG shock oil in the diff.
2000 WT FG oil in the shocks.
Innovative front brace.
Innovative rear pin brace (lower)
Thats about it.
Goes well though.
