tires arrived today. hey your pro mounter didn't use any glue LOL. it's actually better for me as I want to dye them.... amazing speed in that delivery and customs even opened the box (it had the yellow tape)

These leopard rims and the hormann version are probably the best rims on the market for the off road cars, the only time I've seen them fail is down to user stupidity i.e not tightening wheel nuts or grub screw or occationally a failed bearing. With the addition of the extension ring you as you see on these, can use the truck tyres or the FG mammoth off road tyre.

To Trebor, who put them together for you?

I've just spent 2 nights glueing 15 pairs of GRP wheels and tyres for the new racing season, aside from the 10 pairs ready glued I'm collecting this weekend - I HATE GLUEING TYRES!!!!
 
I normally buy pre glued as I hate gluing tires. F1 tires especially. at least these are mounted on the rim, that's the biggest battle. and the rims are now black. spray dye is so easy to use and an $8 can goes a long way

hey Mike, I'm still waiting for a pic of those parts and such you have for sale ;) ... it's payday again in 4 days hehe
 
Sorry for the delay Brian, I'm busy prepping everything for this weekends shakedown and race saturday and sunday, as it's the first chance to run the new car and the first national meeting of the season is at the same track at the end of march so it'll be good to learn the track.

You'll have the photos next week.
