got to figure out how to set the brakes up to work off the only servo horn I have ...might need to go buy a couple to make life easier.

make sure you get an air line to after every run mate, you wont believe how much grass builds up there fella

Im lucky in the fact I have a compressor sat beside me in my workshop..all my r/c cars have had a blast down after each run and this one will be no different...

I'm desperate to get this out for a blast and see how much it will do but I guess I will have to make sure all is sorted before I take it out..

I have to order a kill switch but Not sure what to order as I know everybody says get a killer bee but I also know they don't work with my transmitter...ko propo espirit 2 on 40meg.. using this as I cant afford to go buy another tx at the moment..

so what other kill switches are out there? even if it don't work of a 3rd channel as long as it dies when required..i.e tranny goes off or battery disconects as I always run fail safes too..

Booooo!!!! You are beating me again
Mine is sat there with the shell dropped on, no engine, no battery, no receiver no fuel tank :crying::crying:

Sounds like your electrics were in a similar state to mine!! My 2nd marder has a battle switch which is a bigger version of the mod'd pico Ben has fitted. Not tried it so cant comment on how it operates but they are supposed to be ok and Ben's works fine. Keith (Trebor) also fits them to all his & rates them. 1st marder has a Killer Bee fitted.

Get some updated pics posted!

not taken any pics today but will have plenty tomorrow..WHEN ITS FINISHED:w00t::w00t::w00t::w00t:

Oh Did I mention the shell is also painted.....

Red and Yellow.. bit of white/blue and black...
It looks ok. not a really good finish but thats due to scraping the old paint off.

it will do me fine for bashing..

great job on the mesh mod and sorry i misunderstood about the gap, few washers will fix that, have the same problem with my elcon set up.

what kind of adhesive did you use?
