Im running a full mod motor from a guy that builds motors out here and oneils so called 7.5hp longrod motor dosent have a chance agianst what im running i raced 2one with the same car and gearing and i was there when he dyno my motor,6hp with a rear dom,so don't believe what everybody tells you,ya he could have gotten 7hp out of mine but it would of ran for about 2 tanks and then would have seized up,now these cad motors there building i believe these are getting 7hp but not no 27.2 from onb, trust me.

That is the difference between knowing how to build an engine with 7 plus HP that will last and those that do not. Have you ever owned a OBR LR engine?

whittron ,wheres 'out here' mate, where are you based? is this awell known engine builder,or someone who does it as apass time/ hobby., ive seen what a 27.2cc lb can do on youtube, they look powerful, even obr 30.5 full mod has less power ,and that seems to outpower the 30.5cc mmr pro mod i had, around 6hp. and i did a football field from almost stanstill inthat in about 4 secs.im open to any top engine out there at the moment!!! i don't own a obr engine and never have, i have no reason to be biased towards them,i just think they know what they are doing. at the moment i run stock engines in my cars, just pipes, when searching the web for the best engines, google, youtube,rc forums, the same names pop up,obr, evo, oddified, alro, pitstop, and maybe a few others i cant remember off the top of my head, personally if i wanted a full on power beast for bashing,id go with obr lb,for racing, oddified or evo! just my opinion.

very very true my friend well said, we all have mates that build us better engines than the best engine builders in the world , yeh of course AND WE ALL HAVE engines that are way over 15hp,from a 23cc. lol . personally i like to see vids, talk is cheap!
in the vids it had only done around 2 tanks, had a 18;1 oil ratio lol, now has done around 6 tanks and it shows, loosened up very well.also was running a 603 carb without spring mod, since then it has a 990 with modded spring which is better of the line acceleration.
its been timed from 0 to 65mph in just over 4 seconds and a top speed of 70mph on 26/38 ratio(at which it topped out at) so the gears were holding it back . it can easily pull taller gears.
if your engine kills the 7.5hp longrods, then i guess yours should pull 100mph and accelerate to 70mph in less than 4 seconds...of course. if thats the case i would genuinly like to see a video for the fact that i love power and speed so would love to see an engine of that calibre!
