Best thread ever for a noob. Dry lubricant, I never gave that a thought. The tools yes, but there are so many little things where experience makes a huge difference. You rock Dougstar.Good dry lubricant for pull start service. You don't want to put any oil as this will make sand grit ect stick to the mechanism, dog paw ect reducing the life of it

This is the ddm toolset we we're talking boutGreat thread...tried looking on this forum and www for a metric only rc tool set, DDM doesn’t have the set that I saw here, where can I find a decent tool set for around $50
I love DDM when I got my order today there was a little extra package. I thought what is this? I opened it and it was a little round white ball. I thought that's not part of a fuel filter, so I smelled it. It was minty. I put it in my mouth like a toddler. It was xmas mint. Lolololo nice bonus. Merry Xmas everyone. This is the ddm toolset we we're talking bout

There it is! Yes that’s the one, DDM site doesn’t show it or I didn’t search correctly.
I know I am not going to get everything I need in one set, I just need a set that will have at least 75% of my needs.
Lololol I was truly stumped until I smelled it. They are good mints. Very tasty.Love those little candies. Makes my breath good when I'm installing my new parts lol
Don’t know what I could repair with a mint ball hahaha, but is there a basic tool set that you guys bought that has box end wrenches, allens, etc. that is a good starter?Lololol I was truly stumped until I smelled it. They are good mints. Very tasty.
I am very poor, My Thanksgiving dinner was powdered mash potatos and some donated asparagus, a minty ball of goodness was a Xmas surprise from DDM.Don’t know what I could repair with a mint ball hahaha, but is there a basic tool set that you guys bought that has box end wrenches, allens, etc. that is a good starter?

It don't matter where we are on this earth bud, you can get anything you want delivered to your front door, and you can shop and receive your
merchandise in your skives, haha...Doesn't sound like there's a "set" to start with, I've already narrowed one down on amazon, thanks my forum
buds for the posts.

Metric only is what I want! I don't understand why all the sets I've looked at have SAE combined in them, and they are labeled with "RC" in the
title, but i guess it is what it is, so gonna buy that amazon set and have extra tools I won't need, my tool box is full of big SAE and Metric tools, I wanted smaller versions of the Metric tools.
