So after installing a new clutch carrier in my baja, I noticed I had this hole for a screw vacant. I sort of located what the little part is that threads to this on my backup roller car I have been using as an example when fixing my main car. but could somebody remind what function this screw serves when attached to the little plastic piece down there, is it like a fourth hole for clutch carrier support? I'm pointing to it there with the driver, thank you!IMG_5012[1].JPG

This part screws onto that last hole on the clutch housing

And then the other hole in said piece should line up with that vacant hole for a screw to go into.

Really rad man, I will get that buttoned up, thank you!

If you lost the small bracket, i'm pretty sure I have an extra. I machined a replacement part out of aluminum, and i'm pretty sure I saved the oem composite piece. You can have it n/c if needed.

Man, I might take you up on that because I don't think I have that piece anymore! I was about to ask the forum if they would run without this 4th support bolt!

Like others commented you need to have that bracket installed. Its a major component to effectively tieing in the chassis together and creating a "backbone" so to speak. PM me your address if you cant locate your bracket.

Thank you so much guys, the best info ever!
