Walking in a old reservoir I stumbled upon this abandoned (i hope) spillway.View attachment 58072
Its roughly 15' high, with hundreds of feet of straight shot run up. Nice soft grass downhill landing. Only issue is its about a mile into the woods. This bad boy has MTXL written all over it.??
If you hit that, you better record ?

Absolutely amazing, did ya find out the story on it, being so deep in woods....

let’s see some test flights

Literally found it 30 min ago while walking my dog. It must be a part of the old wigwam reservoir system im Morris CT if anyone wants to try and find it on google maps. Might be in Thomaston CT.

There maybe a reason why they appear abandon!.....

I have a bad feeling about this. I wouldn't even want to hit that with a dirt bike at speed. It would probably send you ass over tea kettle. From the looks of that ,I think your MTXL may learn how to do a front flip . Should be really cool . Do it.

Yes I'm talking about hitting it from the left side .
Perhaps. Its a fairly gentle launch so may not. The downhill landing will help a bit ?‍♂️ i think it will go well. The MTXL is a jumping machine. DBXL would never make it.
Soooo... a half gallon drive out to it? Lol
Heck no. I have 3 and 4 wheelers with little trailers. It might not be able to drive back and im not carrying it.
