Just want to say what’s up to everyone! New to the rc scene from California. My first 5th scale is a losi fivet 2.0 I got about 3 weeks ago. The first mod is a bartolone tuned pipe I got from DDM. 2nd mod is in the works. I’m in the process of machining a velocity stack. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Sup man. If you haven't yet get a killswitch.
Thanks for the welcome fellas!

What’s up dusty! After watching YouTube vids of 5th scales running away, it’s one of the first things I bought. I got the super bee kill switch. It’s already installed, but I wanted to put it in the rx battery box so I’m just waiting on the extension cable

Welcome! I managed to get the killer bee installed in the radio box with no extension, just ran it under the engine, under the radio tray around the throttle servo area and it fit right in on top of the receiver. I've had my 2.0 for about a month and a half and it's a blast!

Hey what’s up man. I was going to put it In the rx box like yours but it looks like a tight fit. I put mine right inside the rx battery box.
the buzzer and light will be routed outside.DC7238FD-402D-46F9-8ADD-DDCF36012F2F.webp

I like that. It's definitely tight inside the receiver box, I was concerned it might actually press on the bind button when the lid is closed up but haven't had any issues yet. I have bags of extensions for airplane builds, now I'm tempted to move mine back to open up room in the RX box.

Do it!! If you do, Don’t drill any holes. There’s already a hole and you can slip the wires thru

you might have to dril a 1/4 size hole to mount that little indicator light, and double sided tape or Velcro for the buzzer??
