New York Off road 1/5th scale track and oval coming to Calverton (East end Long Island)

Hey guys,

a new rc park hasjust opened in Long Island. He was originally going tomake it for 1/8 and 1/10 but after seeing the popularityof 1/5 in the area he has decided to break ground on a 1/5th scale dedicated track on Saturday. I've been seeing a lot of NY, and NJ plates around my area here lately. Also seeing a lot of out of state plate at houses that were for sale not long ago. Really makes me wonder what going on.

Well ,I hate my state an little town ,but when I really think about it ,it is only a couple of annoying things that
bother me here in the little town that I am in ,an it isnt really that bad compared to other places!

What is keeping me & wife from moving away from here ,is are G-kids ,otherwise ,we would sell out an
move to a better easy living place ,less people ,dust ,boomin music ,an kids racing their dirt bikes up &
down the road an are alley!,,,

Everyone is leaving Nyc. They are working from home and realize they don’t need to pay $4000 for rent or 1 million to own a 1 bedroom apartment.

My buddy’s losi at p1rc in Long Island

I broke both my rigs pretty quickly on the smaller oval. The Baja kicked the turnbuckle off the steering servo and was lost somewhere on the track and my losi snapped the shock eyelet thing. Only a couple dollars of damage but made them both k.i.a. I have some video of them running on my GoPro I’ll edit it up later tonight.

Yeah the track is brand new only about 5 or so cars have ran it for a couple hours. After a month or so it will be mint
