I live in minnesota and i tell you what taxes are low and every union job in this area that you are qualified to do pays top dollar my home taxes are 1400$ a year

Well expenses are lower here i would assume somewhere high 20’s low 30’s
You have to understand if you make a 100k a year here its like making 200k in some places because things are cheaper
