I agree @Z.hb71 but it's one of them things that people spend a lot of money on and I always feel bad knocking that motor because of that reason. To be fair they seem much torquier than the 34's. I told the guys by me to wait until the performance version came out but I just keep my mouth shut now.

The reed. More revs and a little more torque. That's every reed vs piston port.

No, it's aluminum under the plating. We were talking about sleeved cylinders not plated alloy bores.

IMO for the money the esp 34 is the best. I’ve never been impressed with the t35, my orb 34 ss beats the doors off every t35 I’ve ever ran against. I’m sure the v2 is better I just wonder how much better

I've always thought the same. The esp engines always ran their balls off from what I've seen

not trying to get into an argument or anything but the taylor is piston port that relatively new and the obr 34 ss has been around for alot longer so imo is going to be more refined/efficient and is also a reed no?

They are both engines, available for sale and cost the same amount so it’s fair to compare them.
