Huh…… maybe I need a 2nd 5th scale truck so I can have a street terrorist. Haven’t really driven my first one but hey, I’ll get another one!

Yeah, man I love seeing the dirt fly, but oh boy do I not like my OCD nature to have to clean em after every dang run. I’ve got about a dozen vehicles, and when my engine comes back to me it’s gonna be on. Forget about the rock crawling, the Teknos excavating, the vintage nitro staining my nose hair…..yea just get me into that dirty 30.
Driving FPV might be a cool experiment.

@Dirty30J exactly I have ocd with all of the dirt and I blew a few engines from dirt ingestion. I too am interested in doing an fpv thing, should be interesting seeing if I can keep up watching through goggles ..

That’s right, in my line of work if you can’t do what the next guy does because of your equipment/tools, you better get that equipment/tool to compete.
You guys look happy and that’s really what matters

Not too bad for max rpm on a loaded engine. Esp states 17-18k max rpm under load.

i'd like to make my 5ive T truck into a road-truck. Any tips and tricks you can share?
how do lower it? swapy shocks/springs?

Bueno, hice un pedido de la XR5 FT-R para competir en Wagner Park. Llegará mañana, así que tendré algunas fotos cuando el saque de la caja.

Correr con el 5ive t es divertido, pero es muy difícil ganar contra el mcd, así que cedí jajaj

The MCD horns seem really popular. Should I add them to my order?

The brakes look like they work well on that track. I think I'll be ok without needing the hydrax system as beautiful as it is.
