yes i use a y harness it comes with it. it does a fine job on the truck. i have had it for over a year now. the only reason i have an 805 is that tower was sold out of the hs-80 when i bought my marder. with the 705 u loose almost 150oz/in of torque. and i don't think that 1 will turn the wheels standing still on a mt5.And the cs-80 stands up to the big MT wheels with the plastic gears ok?
I kinda like this with the metal gears and a bit cheaper than the 5745

Also do you run they ""Y"" harness that comes with the cs-80 that goes directly to the battery?
todd the hitec 5745 is rated for 208 in. oz. @4.8V and the 705 mg is rated at 201 in. oz. @4.8V and the 5745 turned the wheels fine at a stand still!yes i use a y harness it comes with it. it does a fine job on the truck. i have had it for over a year now. the only reason i have an 805 is that tower was sold out of the hs-80 when i bought my marder. with the 705 u loose almost 150oz/in of torque. and i don't think that 1 will turn the wheels standing still on a mt5.
