Hi everyone!

I have been driving my FG Monster for about a year now (about 6 gallons)with the Zenoah 26cc and accompanied by a Samba pipe. I have been very happy with this combination (great mid and high end power). However, during the latest times I have been out with the Monster I have missed that little extra power that bigger engines gives you. Because of this I ordered the Oneill Brothers Zenoah ported 27,2 kit with stuffed stroker. I just read about this stuffing coming off on some of the strokers (fingers crossed this wont happen to me :) )

So far I have about 1 gallon through the engine and it really starts to open up now. The power is awesome throughout the entire rev range. I thought I would share pictures of my rebuild that I did last weekend:

:nono: Not done, you forgot the screen modification on the motor.

Cool, I was going to buy the 27.2 kit but ended up rebuilding my 260 and it was like brand new. I do have a 27.2 on the Baja and ya, some R's out of it.

Looks good, I built the exact engine this winter, i have not ran it yet, but they apparently do go very good.

He means adding the mesh to the inside of the crankcase behind the flywheel to prevent dirrt and stones getting in and damaging the flywheel :)

Ahhh....thanks Ducky

I have had my FG for about a year and never had any problems with things getting into there and destroying the flywheel. But that is a good thing to do though. I will defenitely do that next time I remove my engine. Does anyone have picture and instructions on how to do this the best way?

what did that run you? I may have to upgrade the MT.

I figure this means how much it cost me, right? 149 USD at Oneill Brothers. Everything is included except for the needle pin bearing (4 USD extra)

This is an awesome engine now. Great power!!!!!!
