Hi everyone!
I have been driving my FG Monster for about a year now (about 6 gallons)with the Zenoah 26cc and accompanied by a Samba pipe. I have been very happy with this combination (great mid and high end power). However, during the latest times I have been out with the Monster I have missed that little extra power that bigger engines gives you. Because of this I ordered the Oneill Brothers Zenoah ported 27,2 kit with stuffed stroker. I just read about this stuffing coming off on some of the strokers (fingers crossed this wont happen to me
)
So far I have about 1 gallon through the engine and it really starts to open up now. The power is awesome throughout the entire rev range. I thought I would share pictures of my rebuild that I did last weekend:
The ported cylinder

The +2mm stuffed stroker:

The new piston:

Zenoah crankcase (time to get the crankbearings and seals in)

Heating up the crankscase:

Freezing the bearings:

The bearings are fitted:

The stuffed stroker in place:

Copper gasket together with the gasket sealant:

Clutch housing and flywheel in place:

Done:
