Center Carrier (IRC / Modified RC) ?

Hi again guys,

Which of these is the better, im thinking IRC but not sure? Leaning towards IRC as its lighter & uses oversized bearings etc

I used a Modified in my buggy conversion , boy it is strongly built . The IRC looks a bit spindly to me.

hi guys, i went with the IRC one as the other wasnt in stock!

But a strange problem, it doesn't come supplied with bolts for the brake callipers so i assume i just use the stock bolts, but they wont screw in, it looks like there is not a thread on the mount for them to screw into, the hole is there but no thread!?

Use a Nut on the back side

Time to get the tap set out and thread them I guess.
Otherwise you will be using a smaller clearance bolt and brake pads will float on the pins instead of being a nice sliding fit.

1.0 center diff tower has threads, 2.0 uses a bolt and nut. Did you order the correct one?

hi buddy, turns out the bolts supplied (or lack of!) mike spoke to the rep from IRC who apologized and is sending me the correct bolts.

its supposed to have pass through bolts with shoulder and fastens with a recessed nut but in the kit there were no such bolts
