My 1/5 scale losi dbxl v1.0 gas isn’t turning over.

I’ve cleaned the carb checked the fuel lines changed the fuel and it just won’t turn over won’t start I had it running it was great but all of a sudden it stopped working and it doesn’t sound right when I pull the pull start

Most likely your coil has contacted the flywheel. You need to remove the pull start cover to access the coil to adjust the air gap.

Agreed but in this case with what information was given it sounds like the coil dropped onto the flywheel.

i measured mine only a few weeks ago as i had been running the engine prior without measuring the gap, i gapped it less this time to 0.35mm it seems o.k

Clutch bolts may have backed out and check if motor mount tight.

Been there and done that! I was completely new to gas and thought I seized my motor
