Homemade diff-protection

don't want stones and gravel to mess up with my diff...

Made out of some foam plastic and a piece of rubber.
Gonna shave some off from the edges.
See for yourself...believe in it?

The only bad thing about that is when you get some gravel that comes in from the front it will stay in there now,it has no way of getting out!

Then I´ll remove the foam plastic if it turns out bad

I would have to say the best diff protection I have found is to be upgrading the diff sleeve to stainless and using the silicone mod found below.
If something gets in it can't get out and will chew through the aluminum sleeve. Ouch!

It is produced by a Swedish company that sells RC-stuff.

One problem with that cover mate> The diff turns anti-clockwise ,that means the poop is coming in from the front! So you really don't need protection from the rear(unless your in jail in the showers ).
