Rims can be repaired but they loose a lot of their strength. Hit a pothole just right and there goes the rim tire and your stuck. Only time it's worth it is if the rims worth crazy $$$.

I have a 2wd marder that I have setup for onroad. I use these grp tires. They are fast and fun but parts do get expensive and not a ton of places to get them. Are you in Europe or USA...

Check and see if these are too tight....

It's either gear mesh or brake disc's not tightened down evenly. Also looks like maybe your brake linkage is too tight. Looking at it now I bet if you hold the gas down it won't bind

Say what you want but I scored on my last set. Got just about 30k outta them and they were knobby offroad tires. Wore evenly, just they don't like to hold more than 22psi of air for long now 🤣
