I've never got it with the big American engines....ton's of CC but no BHP. I was running a Mitsubishi Lancer VIII for a bit (used buy and sell Jap imports) and that was knocking out 403 BHP @6500rpm and about 387lb @3500rpm. And that was coming out of a 2.0 ltr!!! J

Alpine4 , if you don't want to use Locktite on the servo ( a good tighten should do it) you can use PTFE , plumbers tape. Its a decent fix and won't be a pain if you do want to remove it. J

A quick fix is an off-set woodruff key on the crank.Not porting but will increase power a bit by advancing timing. J

Have a go at porting , its easy when you get the hang of it. Mine is the pick truck. Both the same engine mine is ported by me and the other is standard. J
