yes, if you have £300/£350 you can get a desent marder, not alloy but you can put money into after if the person wants to upgrade. i paid "200 for my nitro,so a marder at £350 is what made me get one,i didnt know a thing about it,never heard of one,but i made a good decision.also they are quite light in comparison to others,so are nippy as standard but put a good pipe or block in it and it becomes a beast! they just wheelie too much which is fun for the first week lol and the grip roll kills it,but im using a wider offset wheel which helps and tyres without too much grip on the front.

mine will not wheelie full stop unless it hits a bump then it will its just to heavy at the front its got all the grip in need and more power than you can shake a stick at but its quick and planted to the ground

As you like your marders so much, you'll love the new shell from Triple A Racing. I was up there tonight getting my bumpers, wings and side pods made and I had the "premier" view of it. It's like a marder of steriods, as soon as I get some photos, I'll post them on here. They're only in fibreglass at the moment but they may be doing a vac mould so the can pull some in polycarb.

They really are the dogs nads!

about time somebody done one,,me im beetle all the way they just look good in all forms monster marder beetle, but its good to have a different choice

I'll be honest as I'm not a fan of most glass fibre shells I've seen but this thing looks mint.

The Leopard is the good looking one, the beetle is the in bred cousin, the marder is the kid with nhs specs (with a plaster over one lens) This new shell is the mutant of all three.

no no no mike you got it wrong way round brother the beetles the daddy best looking fg bar the f1 which in my opinion[which is worth shite]is the best looking rc car you can buy off the shelf
