2 speed trans question

My question is what effect does a 2 speed have on the drivetrain being there’s no center diff?..is it like running a locker or does it allow the front/rear to slip more...what effect does the one way bearing have?...sorry if I’m not explaining right😂 btw it’s on a 5T

Well yes it’s been a headache...but now I have it dialed in and it runs great with it...but piss poor design of the clutch bell how the gears are bolted on is a weak point but the reason I was asking is because I’m just wondering if and what it’s going to be hard on and if it’s going to do any damage elsewhere...it’s really fun to run and I don’t beat it to death
Here’s a quick run and was good all the way up to the point the clutch bell broke😂

 
Seeing your truck go in the video wasn't all that impressive for a 2 speed.. mine with a 22t pinion and 62t spur would of walked away from yours no offense.. go back to a reliable single speed and gear up the pinion if you have a modded engine

Ya I figured as much and the clutch bell was a very difficult find in fact only found one in China...I mostly run it just pissing around anyway...it’s breaks again or starts tearing other stuff up it’s goin in the trash lol

None taken bud...it’s a Rovan 36 and I’m just impressed it hasn’t blown up yet😂...and I have vertigo 21 pinion 58 spur and really don’t think my engine could really take more than that...I like the gearing and when I get a REAL engine I can take it up a couple notches 😂
Not to mention that I’m not too thrilled about the 2 speed is like running a locker...don’t have all my drivetrain built for a locker and probably end up roasting it

While I have replaced a lot of parts with Losi or something better the drivetrain is still pretty much Rovan and I wasn’t sure how it’d work
