I was going to buy the 5sc ss kit and when I saw the price, I bought the 5sc rtr and have torn it down to rebuild and upgrade. I bought a new futaba 4pks radio and killer rc kill switch. The truck was complete with no missing parts, but I still check behind Qc.my buddy has just to delivery on his!
missing two wish bones and a throttle steering servowhat the hell there playing at his just phoned them and they said there terribly sorry for this and we have the parts in stock, will be shipped out today as simple as that why not put them in the box in the first place

Have you tried calling HPI and talking to customer service. They are supposed to have a great customer service department from what everyone says. I had no issues with them on my Baja issues. Let them know your frustration and that you expect a rebate or an upgraded part for your wait...
The parts could take forever depending on how many kits/boxes lack them. Obviously, there are a few if they ran out of parts for them. Heck, how many people are just going to say they don't have the parts to get extras? Its a big oops IMO.
