I've got a nice set of alloy front arms that would look good anodized blue???

Too much blue ..... reminds me of how I started on 'RC bling' with my Traxxas E-Maxx - every hop-up was blue, like every HPI hop-up was purple !!
As '260' says, it's your rig and you do as you want !!
As another says, blue can 'pop' in the right lighting and can vary - I had 'several' shades of blue on that E-Maxx through poor QC I suppose.
The E-Maxx is now alloy coloured and Ti - no plating / paint at all as it's too wild and can flip at any time (there was a video to show that at Deeside once, before I installed the 2.4 Ghz - it decided to slam on the anchors when at full speed !!!).
If you scrape plain Al (aluminium I mean), it remains, erm, Al coloured !!
Al (no pun intended !!).

I've no problem with blue.
I'm an 'armchair supporter' of one of the football league longest established clubs, and which only has Arsenal as being in the Premier league longer than it.
