Gunna go on a whim and assume both red wires are power the white is a signal and the black is ground so be cautious hooking it up... if you want to verify use a multimeter set on continuity and put the positive on one red wire and the ground on the other red. This helps to see what wires are connected to each other when you can't see
 
Think imma just put it how the old wire come off,
I don’t wunderstand why spectrum would color code the switch different from the rest of the esc, on the whole esc orange is positive, black is negative and grey is sensor

Yup, spectrum didn’t sell a switch alone, so I had to go for hobby wing, I think it’s the same tho, the switches main purpose of to just either allow or not allow power to flow through for me. Do t really care if the hobby wing switch doesn’t program it BC I can use a card
