After run carb clean out?

Question, what's the best way to clear the carb of gas for storage after running? I normally pinch the fuel line to run out the gas but there is still fuel in the primer bulb, how do you suggest I clear out ALL the gas? I don't run the truck that much and it may sit for a month or a few months at a time between runs.

if it really does bother you mate, just pull the inlet fuel line off then pump the bulb and the bulb will empty back through the return line ,
you're always gonna have a tiny amount of fuel kicking around in the carb though,

If your worried about storage either use the purge bulb as spents suggested or go buy a can of alkyd fuel and do a purge. It stores very well.

Avoid ethanol and never worry about it. It’s not a nitro.

It's not ethonal proof. It's still aluminum. Just the purge bulb and metering diaphragm are ethonal "proof".

It really comes down to maintaining and caring for the carb.

My baja sat for over a year with the same gas in it. I run an obr 30.5 and a 813 carb. Gave it about 8-9 pulls and it fired up. Ran a tad smoky for a couple of minutes but no problem. Oh and that motor also has about 5 years of bashing on it so that also shows the quality of obr motors.

Luck of the draw, your gas didn't break down enough to cause an issue.
