out the box yes pretty poor imo☹..aint most rc's this though  ...but a cnc'd chassis and stronger cross braces and its ready to bash hard i reckno?
Most yes. The few that are tanks out of the box show us it doesn't need to be that way. The xmaxx has shown us that quality can be achieved. Problem is they all make their coin on us fixing junk rc's. So they continue to pump out junk. I cant be convinced they just can't figure out how to make a chassis that doesn't bend in 5 min. Or losi cant figure out how loctite works. They count on us breaking them. Perhaps its the only sustainable way to make rcs.

totally agree dude☹

i gota x maxx ?...and had a 8s dbxl ....the x maxx wins hands down for beatablity??.....I'd go db e? over the arrma?
I’d love to hear why.... I’m in the same boat. Back into Rc stuff, getting all my collective pitch hellos flitting agin, my 4 cars are up and spinning, and now I want 1/5 scale. Losi feels better to me from specmanship. XMaxx seems to have a lot of supporters and haters. Arma Kreyton 8S is highly recommended by my LHS...

hhheeeeeelllllpppppp! Lol.

Can anyone say I need a Tekno 1/5 scale!
I’d agree.
I did. The dbxle 2.0 came out just before the k8s. I bought the dbxl e. It’s just made better.

i think I agree, but please elaborate!!!

The Kraton 8s has been upgraded , with a split support system , and the chassis has been reinforced where it's been bending , I've had no problems with mine ( yet ) as for the max ,,, put the wide kit on it and then you have a truck that doesn't roll like a beautiful h ball , I have that truck also and love it now , with the upgrades

Do you do a lot of larger jumps? From what ive heard thats the way they bend. Seen one at LHS that was twisted good, no back story though so can't say he didn't plow into a wall at wot?

Wide kit on a xmaxx? Where did you get that?

We have a couple good jumps on the track we made , I can get some good air on them , not to say I protect my stuff by landing pretty straight mostly , I'm doing back flips with my x max , the mini max will do it also , the Kraton is something I'm not gunna backflip , alot of weight there , so I just go for distance , it's held up very well , broke a couple bottom shock spring stops that's it
No , wide kit on the mini max sorry for the confusion , but if they come out with it it's going on emedietly
