So this is finally done. He has posted pictures of the whole process just click on any of the smaller images and it takes you to a slide of all of his pictures. I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that he made this. All of fiddlesticking this....on his living room floor with a FILE and a tower drill. I simply ... I... WTF?!!! Either this guy has muscles that do not know of cramps. Or he have too much time on his hands. or both of those things. Regardless, the final product is a study in great craftmanship and is a beauty to behold.

I used to do that, drill a bunch of holes, break, file. Holy poop was that annoying, even with all my pulling time, all that filing hurt me arms ?? I will say a rotary tool (even my Amazon $14 one) is such a great "upgrade" for y garage ?
 
Wow, that is some incredible patients if those parts were all done with a drill and a file.
 
Have you checked the link? The process and the details that are not present in the preview photo I chose is incredible. I am not a big fan of 'tribal' art but I think it really works here.
