the coke can as i said in above post im told is the same thickness as the distance disks fior the diff, not sure where you got to use a coke can as a diff cover

Hi!

Yoy will love the adjustable diff. I put my on a couple of months ago and it is a great improvement. You can adjust it from 0-90%. I have mine locked to 75 % and the car handles great :)

where not having a go slaw, i just thought finaly this thread is getting intresting, and i think if you read my post you will find your a better at spelling them me.

ive given up on the coke can distance disk shims, i have orded some just waiting on the shipping quote so i can pay for it, as it looked like to much hard work to cut the disk out and punch the correct holes.

so as soon as chp get back to me with the shipping price ill have some on the way

yeah apart from elcon there only one guy in australia that sells theses, i havnt seen them yet but they look like it, ive heard good things about there, and im looking forward the getting rid on the rose joints even though they make the rear end adjustable, but i say these with there built in 2 degree toe in should be good enough.

thanks fort he pics as it answer one question i have can i run rear sway bars on the truck and it looks like yes i can so im even more happy.

so now i just need my alloy rear up rights (hubs) and a alloy gear plates and im sorted for the all alloy 2wd conversion, then add the tunning brakes and that should be it for a awhile and the other parts im after like the alloy radio tray (i don't like the one ive got) and rollcage bits and diffs are comming

cool as got an email today saying the order has been sent, im hopping it was express, looking foward to giving the arms a bash

well i got the diff back together just using a new stock plastic housing, im still bloody waiting for chp (in the aud) for the dam shipping quote so i can pay on the alloy diff parts to go for the alloy housing ive only been waiting 5 days to make payment.

i changed the layshaft gear to 16 teeth to settle down the wheelis untill i have a wheel bar, and so i can get more driving and less walking in.

so been flat out with family stuff, im just waiting for the loctite to dry and ill take it out for a dirt bash tomorow.

here is the diff looks better then the last one i posted
