Anyone familiar with Walbro 716 carb?

or is sumin stopping it seating/bolting up tight?..i has this when I tried to fit a blackbone bell on my obr34 with bart carrier/housing ...seemed like the clutch was sticking out jus enuff to lock it all up when i tightened the carrier up ☹or the bb bell was a touch thicker/wider ..?..so i never fitted the bb bell
..stuck the vert one bak on i thk?

I am gents just ordered them. On a more positive note I am breaking in the motor on a stand I build for it using some nice Aircraft metal from my scrap bin ??. I was scared to turn on the motor due to been traumatized and scarred from my last KM engine never ending starting problems. I went to grab the pull start and followed the instructions i gathered from this forum on how to turn on a Walbro 990 carb and boy it was beautiful 2 slow pulls which followed by a “Pop” then another normal pull and she was growing ?. Zenoah has won another costumer ?

That is my issue the case was not sitting flush had about 1/32 of a gap

so when u tighten it up does the clutch bell lock up?....well obv it will numb numb nuts.?‍..if theres a gap....i jus answered my own Q?....im sure i removed the 2x washers behind the clutch to give me more room?
