Baja carb

[Busted baja]

I have the walbro 990 carb which worked fine, I changed the primer bulb and put on full force fuel lines.now the Baja won’t start.and the primer is full.any ideas?

Did you remove the carb from the engine for this work? May have gotten the pulse port blocked off?

Yes I did .sorry what is a pulse port?
Could the stock needle settings be a little rich with the high flow fuel lines installed?

The needle settings are what they are. The pulse port is a little hole in the carb/gaskets that goes to the engine to work the fuel pump and metering diaphragm. It's pretty commonly overlooked and blocked off by not having the gaskets lined up right.

sounds like put back together incorrectly. i'd get the exploded diagram and go through everything you did very carefully.
