Baja dies after 10 minutes

Does anyone have any good explanation why my Baja dies after 10 minutes of running? runs superb for 10 minutes then Dies as if it's flooded OBR 7.5 990 carb Thanks guys

Could altitude be a factor i live in denver 5280ft?

Vapor lock or an air leak theres no leak while the motor is cold. But when she is warm leak comes. Mine did this and was a leak, head bolts were loose. Double check inlet manifold, make sure your tank can vent properly. Check your head bolts??

sounds like vapor to me. next it dies try loosening gas cap, if it starts that is your problem. that means the vent hole in gas cap is clogged up.

Could altitude be a factor i live in denver 5280ft?

If it happens again pump your primer bulb if doesn't fill then your carb is getting too hot
