Ok so i go to the park and the car starts on the 4th pull and runs for like 2 seconds, after that it just wouldnt start again. I already tightened the carb bolts, checked the plug, and all the regular stuff. What I did notice was there was fuel all over the carb and in the filter, also there was a puddle of fuel when i took off the filter. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
Thanks

check the primer bulb might be broken ? check fuel lines etc. gas got there somehow there is a reason it flooded that bad .

Factory settings don't mean it's where she wants it. After a few pulls of not starting your flooding the engine. Pull spark plug and give a few cranks. Then lean things up a bit until she starts. Work on low end needle first.

Fuel in the filter doesn't make sense on just adjustments to me ??unless the screw fell out ??

Sounds like he yanked that cord too many times. Or could he have put the carb on backwards lol . Idk either how gas get's in the filter, it's supposed to suck from that direction.

Follow my steps and see if you can get it fired up. Let us know!

pull starter is on backwards !! LOL blowing out the carb !!! pull plug is it WET ?? If not then

probably some guy on here that gets off on U pulling a cord so I wouldnt
Its 2 stroke pull it over backwards all day, doesn't matter to the engine lol. It will just run in reverse l.
To the op, pop the plug pull it over with the carb off, toss in a new plug and do what ever you have to to keep it idling. (After reinstalling the carb, or just take the fuel line off the carb, whatever you fancy) Then tune from there. I'm assuming your pig rich on the bottom end, and I'm assuming you fowled a plug.
