OK , just been reading the by-laws.

Have a look at number 8 , "Vehicles". The question is , if a Baja is a "motorized vehicle" It IS motorized, BUT.......

Then just checked the oxford english dictionary definition of a "Vehicle".....

So , like I thought , to be a "vehicle" ... by definition... it has to be carrying a person , or goods.... NEITHER of which my Baja does (unless you count the dried leaves and grass as goods !!) Gawd I wish I had this info to hand today when that Van pulled up !!!!!!!

Is it just me or are them plastic policemen on a permanent power trip? I think its a job requirement to be well balanced ie a chip on both shoulders :2guns::2guns:

LOOKS LIKE U GUYS HAD FUN !!!! I COULD NOT MAKE IT AT 230 , I TOOK IT ON THE FIELD AT ATHERTON BEHIND HESKETH FLETCHER SCHOOL , ITS A MASSIVE FIELD ABOUT 3 FOOTBALL PITCHES THEN A GRASS RAMP GOING DOWN ABOUT 25 TO 35 FOOT WOEN TO ABOUT ANOTHER 2 FOOTBALL PITCHES , I WENT ON MY OWN COS COULD NOT GET THERE FOR 230 TODAY ...U CAN GET SOME GOOD AIR OFF THE GRASS RAMPS .... ILL BE THERE NEXT SUNDAY , OR ANY EVENING IN THE WEEK , ITS BEE FOLD LANE ATHERTON .... ITS A GREAT PLACE TO RUN ... JUST A THOUGHT FOR U GUYS ... :2guns::2guns:

problem is in the law it states mechanically propelled vehicle other than a cycle. yes it says ride or drive earlier, but they leave a spce and have mechanically propelled. When you start to rebel their laws, they can fight back and make life even tougher on you. We have the troubles here with one complaint being the end of fun because in a Liberal society, the needs of the one outweighs the needs of the many. preserve the right of one individual over the masses as it's individualism that matters most.

we have been kicked out of so many tracks here that to run we either have to use private land or they stick us miles up mountain sides. good luck with your fight, but make it a smart fight
