An rr5 mate , where's best place to buy? I have a stainless steel clutch I can fit so I'll probably just need a carb ...and thanks 👍

you could do it this way fella, build yer own engine,
get a stock g320,

https://www.rcmodelz.co.uk/engines/...320rc-31-8cc-engine-stock-clutch-housing.html

then either keep it as a 32cc but esp and fit this,

https://www.rcmodelz.co.uk/engines/...38mm-31-8cc-esp-race-ported-stock-stroke.html

or upgrade to 34cc with this full esp conversion kit,

https://www.rcmodelz.co.uk/engines/...der-modified-crankcase-2mm-stroker-crank.html

edit; rcmodelz in the uk, they're in stock but only have 1 of each left,

Are they UK?

Just trying to get the best at £600 all with everything I need to drop into my rr5 max pro... Have a ss clutch already I think may fit...

@spents I stand corrected, I thought only ddm sold esp stuff. That's great for you uk guys.
yeh there isnt a massive amount of esp stuff over here ryan, but rcmodelz tend to keep small amounts in stock (y)

nah mate the last link is the upgrade kit, modified cases for the +2mm crank to clear,
so you could either get a stock g320 as well and use the flywheel, coil, fan cover, carb, clutch case etc
or buy the parts above separate and build from there,
if i was doing it i'd get a g320 as well then you can slowly add parts back to it and have a second engine albeit a stock g320 (y)

I like this advice , confused tho.if I follow your sound advice to the letter, what am I getting/buying?

right fella, if you buy a stock zenoah g320 and then the esp 34 conversion kit in the 3rd link, you then can swap over the coil, fan case, heat shroud, clutch case, coil, carb and carb insulator etc to the conversion kit,and build that engine up as an esp 34,
the esp conversion kit comes with modified crank cases so the +2mm crank that comes with that kit will fit without catching on the inside of the crank case,

to convert a stock g320 crank case to use that crank a small amount needs to be removed from the inside of the case so the +2mm larger crank will clear the case,
then you will have an esp 34 up and running and most of a stock g320 left over, which you can then add new parts you removed as and when you can afford them to build back up the stock g320 and have that as a back up engine,
or you could just buy the conversion kit and then buy all the parts needed to complete the engine, but doing it that way will cost you probably about the same as or at least half of a new g320,so makes sense financially to just buy a stock g320 to start with and then you have most of a spare engine for future use as and when you need or want to (y) ,

Ive just fit the ESP Race ported engine that i bought from DDM into my DBXL 2.0 and took it for its 1st run today, you WONT be disappointed!! I'm running a mid bleed silenced Bartelone pipe atm, but will be testing it with a Olimat unsilenced pipe too soon,
