I was gonna remove it but because it’s not doing what I wanted it to do. It won’t return back to center let alone apply brakes the opposite direction

so ya mean it wont apply brakes when pulling against the fuel tube ?
the pads may need shimming a tad bob, if theres too much movement the cam will lock when brakes are applied
not sure if the brake rod/ eyelet bit needs to be to the outside on an outlaw, but on a baja it normally goes to the inside not outside

Good thing I took this pick just noticed the screw at the top of the rear plate vibrated out lol

It applies brakes but when I let the brake off the spring doesn’t push it back to center. If I flipped it, it would line up better so I’ll do that, but i was worried about figment the other way.

Irc is failing me so I’ll be making my own shock tower so I can run losi shocks on a baja rear. Really the only thing I need to do is lower the shock mounting location to gain more droop on the rear arms

this is the current max extension I am getting.
Something like this will be my template for the new shock tower with the new shock mounting location

No the losi shocks won’t mount to that and it doesn’t get the shock mount lower. I think the “drop” refers to the dip in the middle of the tower

No worries. I’m not a huge fan of how irc does business. So I’ll do what I can to not support them. Id like to see another company come out with shock options

No the losi shocks won’t mount to that and it doesn’t get the shock mount lower. I think the “drop” refers to the dip in the middle of the tower

Why not go for the adjustable flm tower? I think that will accomplish what you want.

He Flipped the adjustment parts upside down and he got it to work.....ask him

what hardware did you use to mount the shocks. Can I just drill out the tower and use the stock losi shock hardware?
