This looks like the same style mount as my Rovan symsteer piece. I thought you were using a turtle hd steering unit on this like Doug's ? Only difference between mine and yours is that I mounted on top of the spindle because the angle of the link I thought looked too extreme.

Finally finished, waiting on the 96 now. Put the brp on with the carbon inserts also.

Got the basher cage finished. Will be using this to bash it with over the carbon body.

ALX 96cc is officially in, first one ported also. Almost a perfect fit, cage will be a whole different story. Going to cut up my sx5 cage that has the black panels first. It will be very tight but think I can make it work

Hopefully thus weekend I'll be running. Their are some fitment issues though, gear mesh is OK but sloppy, front clutch hole to chassis doesn't line up but alx does have a brace for that, just forgot to send. Still can run, just can't bash it real hard.

Finally 100% finished. Even made a bash bar as the pipe just worried me a bit sticking out. Servos are all setup, fueled up ready to rock.

Had to trim the cage a good bit in the front, and take the right side mount off, going to work on this tomorrow and hopefully get that sorted in short order. Either way wish me luck!

Figured I'd knock the side mount out since I was at it and so I could have it ready to go tomorrow for sure. Seems like I'm always finding little things after I think I'm done lol. Nothing special, just flar stock bent and drilled. Cage was more flimsy than I was comfortable with

Had it out today, was one problem after another. Managed 30 seconds of video worth a poop lol.

First trip, forgot gopro
Second trip, linkage came off and lost screw 3 seconds after start up
Third trip, started ran for 10 seconds died, couldn't get to start again. Went home and found the ground screw holding coil on came out
Fourth trip, finally some run time, 60 seconds in shifty rovan steering linkage broke and ended it all lol.
