Choosing a tuned pipe

That is a very cool looking set up.As mentioned it will do nothing for performance but def looks great.

I have recently installed the shock extender, the engine was just on idle 1st tank and 1st start up, I hope I get some excitement from it.

That was the only good thing about the thor pipe was the dual exhaust feature. Duals are always cool.

Looker, that truck is pristine. Tuned pipes is key, like any other 2 stroke...

What did you end up buying?

Both of my models performed as I wished they would.
As normal the GBE pipe had a bit more bottom end to midrange power.
The CPI is geared more for mid to high rpm, but did well too.

How about you Preacher - You still around ?
Just curious on what choice you have made on a pipe if any ?

I'm still around and still reading. Been so busy with the holidays and the grand kids that I have had NO time to mess around with my R/C. It is still sitting on my workbench. I gotta save up some more play money since I just bought another 1:1 truck with my play money.
