Getting some rally tires in the box, and a buggy body for underneath. Oh and a two speed.

Got it this afternoon. 2 speed installed set up as per mfg instructions.
Glued the rally tires.


Thinking paint scheme. Any help?

i soooooo wish there was a largescale on road RC track/club local to myself, i would have bought one years ago! but as it happens, nearest one is a good 4+ hour drive

I believe the Rovan RF5 rally car is meant to be decent for the money (i know its not on par with your MCD!) but for the money its decent for anyone thinking of trying it out, ive been very tempted to buy one but like i say...no track/club!

Ditch the shell badges they don't need the advertising, but i like the paint scheme.

Servos all in. Linkages all set up. End points set. Kill switch tested. Rally tires glued and installed. 2 speed works.

@crucialRC check this out. What am I missing? Shouldn’t the wing mount to the inner cage? Doesn’t line up. Thoughts?

Thought I’d dry fit and make sure all the dimples are where they are supposed to be.

There's an offset piece you use with the wing on the sides of the cage that you break off iirc. There should also be 6 body to cage spacers there also.

Went on perfect. Just waiting on a few other masks for the paint job. But damn didn’t know how easy it is to Cut masks out on the cricut.
