Well Im watching the final 30 minutes of a dbxl auction on good ole ebay. It was at $790 with 30 minutes left. Now down to 10 minutes and shot up to $860. Those kind of numbers I may pull my motor and electronics run it through my dishwasher and roll the dice on ebay

I'll have to check my spares bin and see what I need to get back to stock. I'll sell a stock roller. Keep motor and electronics. And sell all aftermarket crap individually

Tbh, if I could get enough money out of my dbxl I'd do a 5ive b build. Just have a lot of money tied up in the ole girl.

That 5b is why I want nothing to do with dbxl. That thing is everything the dbxl should have been plus some. Just overall an awesome buggy. I can't wait to put it back together. I've been working on basement recently. Getting some different lighting over the bench. A bunch of pegboard tv etc. Gotta get ready for wrenching


Hell, the more I think about it...I've got a spare motor and servos. All I really need to pull is my rx out and convert back to stock and see what happens. It'll virtually be an operable rig minus receiver
