convert 2 bolt to 4 bolt ?? can it be done ?

That TS case is designed to be 2 or 4 bolt. A stock zenoah or even tr/obr case , that is designed for 2 bolt, doesn't have the space to just drill 2x more holes. That is, if the case even has the same size transfers and stuff. I wouldn't waste my time, just buy a long block off obr ?

the reason I ask is a baja i'm looking at has a 2 Bolt OBR 28.5 long block in it and It seemed that converting it should be fairly easy on a mill as long as there are no ports in the way ?? just curious

Your mind is on the right track for going 4 bolt over 2. Honestly buy the correct case so it stays a smooth experience don't go drilling and tapping holes then it will be miserable
