Cooling fan removal question.

I got the bolt removed and tried using a pulley puller but nothing's working. Anything I'm missing? THANKS

Try a mini torch to warm up around shaft....not on shaft. I have seen many guys whack em with a dead blow hammer....not the best way. Maybe put the puller on and heat an give some gentle taps. Probably just some mild corrosion.
