Coreless Servos

Are they worth buying? Trying to decide which brake servo to order but don't know if I should spend the extra and get a brushless. Right now it's between the Savox 1212SG @ $80 vs Savox 2290SG @ $150.

I use a 5765 hitec, cheap basic servo , works just fine for me so I say it's not worth it.

I don't know crap about Servos except for multi turn ones , I use a 6 turn on several projects ( sail winch type )

If rcrs can stop 50 lb 80cc hybrids going 70mph then that's enough of a testimony for.me. disc brakes are useless ?‍ imo of course.
